We've used Central Texas Window Cleaning in the past, and they didn't seem to remember what they actually did for us or how they did it. I suspect in this economy, there's been a lot of employee turnover. We've got a small building of a few stories, and they used an extension pole to reach our upper floors. It looked hard to control and the person on the ground was standing on a ladder to try to reach the tops of the windows. With all the banging of the brush head into the windows due to lack of control, I'm amazed windows weren't scratched or broken. And after all that, I still had some bird poop left on my window.
