I am a distance runner. I have been running for most of my life and have also dealt with Plantar Fasciitis. This last time was the worst. I had to reduce my running to short runs only once or twice a week or less. Dr. Adams was great at helping me recover. He worked with me on a stretching regimen that really helped. Travis Freitas fitted me for new orthotics. The care and attention to make sure I was on the right path was first class. At one point Dr Adams could tell I was depressed about the problem. He looked me straight in the eye and said "We will get through this, I promise!". And now after new orthotics and religious stretching I am completely recovered. I am back to my routine of running 25+ miles per week and starting my next marathon effort (#28). Thank you Dr. Adams and Travis!
