I attended the Armed Guard/CCW course with William for a re-certification of my Armed Guard License. The course I took previously is a joke compared to William's course at Celtic Cross Security. It was by far the most educational course I believe I could attend in Phoenix, AZ. He went over, and discussed, laws and rights that you would have as an Armed Guard that I did not know, or was not taught in my previous course. If there is a slide or part of the course that you do not understand, William will go over it again and make sure that you understand and will work with you. I attended a CCW class with Celtic Cross and it was an amazing experience all around! Will is a great instructor who made learning the ins and outs of the rules and laws a fun and entertaining experience.
