My experience has bee outstanding. First weight loss I have been really been successful with.

This is the only place I found that will help you manage wellness instead of manage illness. And they also work with you to make incremental make course corrections to feel better.

Cederquist offers an excellent customized diet program to meet each individual’s health needs. I have a slight kidney issue and this was taken into account in designing my diet. The program worked very well for me but you do need to follow the diet to get results. They required some special blood work that I was able to get done through my normal doctor which was completely acceptable to Cederquest. So the blood work they required which was added to my regular bloodwork did not cost me anything. Over the course of nine months to a year I lost 35 pounds. That brought me back to the weight I was when I graduated from high school 50 years ago. After I stop the program I was able to maintain this weight level for about six months and then started to gain some weight back.
