Diana is insightful, knowledgeable and encouraging! She helps contour a healthy eating plan for every pallet. Did not lose as much weight as I wanted, but I had other challenges that the team at cederquist office helped me through. I’ve only begun! And I’m healthier!Thank you!!

The entire staff has been extremely helpful in assisting me with my health and wellness journey. Jenni and Nicole have been so supportive and the girls up front are great!

I second the bad reviewers. My daughter gave this group $2,000 and has learned that they do NOT have the updated science to help ANYONE with a weight issue. Their dietitian is apparently an idiot and not very knowledgeable. Their follow ups are meaningless, do not motivate, and basically give her no useful information. They simply handed out a handful of paper (lists of food, OK so that’s worth about $1.00). My daughter is a vegetarian and they’ve made no accommodation for this whatsoever.. She’s very athletic....again no accommodation for that...... have her on a 1200 calorie diet, which is WAY too low to sustain a healthful regime for long term weight loss. Now that she’s already given them her (hard earned) money, they won’t even return calls when she has questions.
They really should be put out of business.

Wonderful experience here! I'm losing weight with the help and encouragement of Nicole, my dietitian, and feeling so much better! Love the staff--everyone is so helpful.

I am happy with my weight loss of 35# & my weekly check in/ weigh in keeps me honest. Daily recording of my foods consumed is a good habit. Diana is my weekly contact & she is tops. Only complaint is that Medicare or AARP insurance is not part of the Cederquist protocol. I’ve collected, tracked & submitted to no avail even though hormone therapy for prostate cancer was cause of weight gain.

They are always helpful and encouraging! Their approach is based on science and not fads!

They are able to deal with different types of tastes and work with you to find the best way you can not only lose weight, but feel good in the process!

Definitely I would recommend Cederquist. The attention you receive is exceptional. Everyone knows you and offers their help. They set up a plan designed just for you and your needs. You learn about your body and the requirements specifically for you and your success. If you want success in your weight loss then this is the place
