I have three boys and three dogs with thick, shag-like carpet throughout my house. Despite frequent vacuuming, and using my own carpet shampooer, it never felt (or smelled) clean to me and I couldn't get the stains out. When I learned Ryan could clean my tile and grout, I immediately requested that service as well. He came early and quickly got to work, set up bumpers around all the corners so his equipment would not damage them. With every step, he explained what he was doing, why it works, and why he used these particular cleaning products. Then he told me something that I has convinced me I will not have anyone else clean my carpets. He said he did not use a deodorizer (aka perfume) when he is done. My sons have very sensitive skin and break out with the slightest bit of perfumes or scents. I would have never even thought to ask a carpet cleaner about using perfumes! Weeks...

Carpet Recovery did an amazing job on our office carpets!
