Last year I called Stanley steamer to do my carpets and within the day all the staines I wanted gone had become visible again I was pissed. This year I called Ryan and he inspected my carpet. I wanted to watch him work and see how it was done for myself. He was super knowledgeable and worked hard at the spots that were problems for me. A day has passed and the carpets are completely dry and Aside from one or two stains that I figured would probably never come up my CARPET LOOKS SO GOOD!!!!
