This is the second time I have used carpet recovery. Ryan and his crew are amazing. Their so easy to work with and very professional.

Ryan did an incredible job on all the carpets in my rental. I wish I had a before photo of these very high traffic stairs.

Once my 4 year old had a piece of cake with black frosting at a birthday party binge. On the way downstairs to tell me he was sick he made it to the middle before black colored puke raced him to the bottom. I got a lot of the black out but I suspected it was a permanent stain.

Long story short, The carpet looked nice when Ryan and his worker finished however the smell that I had discussed with him face to face while he was here was not gone after a couple days. I called to politely discuss the situation and find out what could be done about it and it was extremely difficult to have a discussion as Ryan wanted to speak over me and reiterate his point over and over but not listen to my point. He also said that I said things that simply were not true and said that the person that hired him which was my previous renter never mentioned the dog smell , again not true. At the end of the first conversation via phone when I mentioned that he seemed to be very defensive and unwilling to listen to me he explained that he had a root canal and his tooth was really bothering him and he said he would call his office and see about the...
