the service provided was mediocre. the service also did not live up to what was told it would be. stains and cleaning that was agreed to was not done or half done. as the tech was cleaning my carpet he said he had to leave because he over scheduled and was late for his next appointment and never returned to finish the touch up spots he said he would take care of. I would never use the company again
