Carpet Recovery is amazing. I was under a time crunch to have my carpets cleaning pending my house closing and my procrastinating. Carpet Recovery got me in within a day and did a fantastic job. I really thought the house buyers would have to rip out our carpeted stairs. They were badly stained. After Carpet Recovery finished, the stairs looked like new. The billing and payment process was simple and efficient. Carpet Recovery was very upfront about pricing and after actually seeing my stairs, called me and said the estimate had not included scrubbing the stained stairs. The price increase wasn’t much, but they didn’t do the work till they had my verbal approval. I highly recommend Carpet Recovery.
