Carpal Tunnel Express

Very caring and professional. This is the 2nd time our family has used them. Quick procedure. At 84 I was not looking for a procedure using a general anesthesia. Short and sweet procedure. Great bedside manner. Nothing but positive things to say.

Have you ever experienced sticker shock.. in a good way? After some research, I was amazed that a procedure, of this nature, could cost less than $3000 (for both hands!!), all while being the least invasive, including the return to normal activity the quickest. Most of the time, if it seems to be too good to be true. it probably is. This is not the case with Carpal Tunnel Express. I had a bi-lateral performed yesterday, and I'm able to type this review today.
I will say the expectations weren't explained well enough, however. Luckily, I have a great support team, but for those who don't, you absolutely cannot drive home, or do pretty much anything requiring your hands, for a couple of days. Another improvement to their process would be to make the 21 page questionnaire smaller, as writing is extremely painful and difficult, especially if you're at the point of requiring a...

Dr Jurbala and entire staff were great. Made me feel completely at ease from the beginning. Dr Jurbala explained everything in detail and was very compassionate.
