First class experience. Dr. Jabala and staff were so professional and courteous. They answered all questions and spoke so I understood exactly what was happening. I will be back for the left hand soon.

When I went to see Dr. Jurbala I was concerned it was too good to be true but the way he did the procedure was exactly what the website said it would be . Actual surgery took around 5 minutes per hand. He put an oversized bandaid on and sent me home. I even drove myself home two hours away . Pain was minimal and hands were better the first night .Highly recommend Dr. Jurbala and Carpal Tunnel Express.

I started my journey with Carpal Tunnel Express on May 5th. I had carpal tunnel in both hands and was already experiencing numbness in both. I had gone to a neurologist and had a nerve conduction test which said that my left was severe and my right was mild. I could not tell the difference both were numb most of the time and very painful at night. I did the exercises that was recommended on the check out sheet. My hands continued to progress, however do not think it's s short journey if you have numbness before it simply takes time to heal. It's been hard for me to be patient and wait for healing. I had continued on my healing journey but continued to have pain below the thumb around my right wrist. Don’t hesitate to have this procedure done. I had carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. I could barely use my right hand. I was told that it could not be repaired by an orthopedic surgeon and that I would have to live with it. I was finally referred to Dr. Jurbala. The non-invasive, painless procedure was completed in his office in just a few hours. General anesthesia was not necessary, so I went home the same day. I never had to return since all follow-up was done by email and calls from his office. He is still following up seven weeks later. I am very pleased and highly recommend Dr Jurbala.

When I first called Brigette she was very friendly and reassuring that all will be better. I made the decision to drive from Miami to Lakeland and it was the best decision I’ve ever done! Dr. Jurbala was very down to earth, friendly and understanding, he helped me relax and gave me a lot of assurance! He told me that after many months of sleepless nights I would be able to sleep again and it was true! I’m one week post surgery and I feel great! If you follow the instructions all will be great!

Fast and efficient. Had to wait longer than usual but the staff was assisting a one armed man.

You may have 2- 3 days of it being uncomfortable but follow the directions they give you and by the evening of that 3rd day, You're golden!

Excellent experience. Quick procedure, very little down time. But the best part was the snacks offered! Great selection of snacks and they didn't bat an eye when I asked for more snacks. Good coffee, too. I'm currently day 3 post procedure, back at work with no real pain

I’ve had five trigger fingers repaired and it just finished my second carpal tunnel surgery on my left hand. No problems with any of it so fast so professional, a very caring staff and a brilliant Doctor. Plus, I am terrified of needles but he’s a master with his tools.
