The time from first reaching out to them until I was leaving their office (including the 12 hour drive) was literally a few days. The procedure took maybe 5 minutes. Most of the little bit of time spent was waiting for the anesthetic to take effect and filling out the pre-op paperwork. It was minimally invasive and was not painful, as I only really felt the pressure of the procedure as it was being done. Naturally the same day and the next day are the worst for pain, and even at that it was minimal. I am typing this on day #4 after the procedure and already feel some relief. My hand is still swollen some and the nerve is still recovering from years of being restricted. Overall I recommend them, recommend the procedure.
