It was concerning to me that a staff member entered the clinic area leading 2 dogs. First, this gives the impression of a very unsanitary situation in a place where that should not happen. In addition, the dogs were very noisy which created an unpleasant distraction when waiting for a surgical procedure. Separately, my sister who accompanied me overheard that same staff member berating another employee. This kind of behavior is unacceptable when it can be heard by patients and visitors. I seem to be having good results from my procedure - I have been a patient several times and it always surprises and disappoints me how long it takes. Thank you.

Dr. Jurbala is the best. Very fast. Very efficient. Very little down time. I had carpal tunnel surgery in both hands and trigger finger on right hand the same day in 2023. Everything went very well. Returned for trigger finger on right hand two weeks ago. Everything pretty much back to normal already. Highly recommend.

My carpal tunnel issue came on fast. I am a snowbird and had no medical provider in Florida. I looked online and Dr. Jarbala was about an hour away and advertised a patented approach to the issue. I did not have to stop eating before surgery. In fact, his office offered some snack food. There was a lot of waiting but his assistants were cordial until I was finally numbed locally for two incisions - one in the lower hand and one in the back of my elbow. He determined that approach after an exam. The actual surgery was very brief. He used an instrument he invented so the incision could be minimal. I drove back to where I was staying shortly after surgery.
Post operative instructions were repeated while waiting and are easy to follow.
The total cost was $1500. I was out of network and submitted my bill to insurance after paying for it myself.

Doctor to talk to he listens. To you, just staff listens, they're very friendly. I would recommend Dr Brian 4 days after my surgery is was almost back to normal. I'm 💯 percent happy with all of them.
