Dr. Jurbala is very knowledgeable. And his staffs are very good, the office is very clean and organized the only thing that made me a little nervous was ultraSounds monitor. It wasn’t really showing clear detail of my hand and that kind of made me a little nervous and maybe that’s why I got a little bit of nerve pinch when he was doing the procedure other than that I think he’s doing a great job and I’m sure he’s going to take care of that medical equipment problem very soon.

UPDATE; UNFORTUNATELY its been 1 yr. since my surgery and still the Dr. has not released the medical papers i need to submit to my ins. co... even though I have asked many times. They keep saying they let the Dr. know, but its been a year ! Nevertheless, they were very transparent and upfront with their procedures and cost. Carpal Tunnel Express let me know months before my CT surgery exactly how and when the procedure would go and cost. The staff was very helpful and professional. The well-experienced Dr. Jabala was exeptional in every manner, and I'm so happy to be pain free after 3 decades. It was well worth the drive of 3 1/2 hours each way. I love Carpal Tunnel Express because it works. Dr. Jurbala has done the surgery on my right hand 2 years ago. It worked out beautiful. I was back to work in a couple of days. Dr. Jurbala did the surgery on my left hand 1 week ago (7/1/22). It is working out the same as the right hand. I was on vacation when I got this done and it didn't hamper me very much. It's healing great. And to tell how much I believe in Dr. Jurbala, I paid out of pocket because he doesn't take my insurance.
