My Surgery as well as the before and after care went amazing. I feel so much better and the procedure and the healing was done in record time.

To Start, the information provided was 100% accurate and the personnel are friendly. Once arriving at the facility, I was greeted in a very friendly manor, very efficient with the paperwork, and punctual as for the time to be taken back. The backoffice personnel were also very friendly, a big plus when going into a doctors office for a procedure. The surroundings were compfortable and I was made to feel at ease. When the Doctor came back, he was way more talkative than most doctors and wanted to ake sure I knew what was happening. Even showed me the screen of the technology he was using to determine the need for the procedure. Everything was set to go. I was administered the local (way better than the general I had 10 months ago for the other hand) approx 1/2 hour later the procedure started. I love Carpal Tunnel express because of the convenience of the whole experience. Having the surgery with a local anesthetic, with a small incision, and going home a few hours later with only a bandage on the hand is the only way to get this surgery. It is a year later and no more pain or numbness from the carpal tunnel problem. Thank you so much

If I say it was totally amazing no one would believe me. The front desk receptionist was excellent Christina- she was kind, answered all my questions with empathy. Dr Jurbala was calm, thorough yet fast in the actual surgery. I hand both hands done and was so grateful I did. Knowing the statistic 95% do both hands helped. I loved the doctor did ultrasound to verify I needed the surgery. When I heard 9 was normal and I had 19 on rt 28 on left hand I felt relieved I was validated on the symptoms I was experiencing of numbness in my hands as it became a way of life (career of typing for 16 yrs). There are no night splints! I was amazed the local shots truly numbed out any pain. I’m so glad there was no anesthesia. With the exemption of some pain getting numbed up, the procedure wasn’t bad. It’s alleviated all carpal tunnel pain I’ve experienced in both hands for the last 15+ years. Within about a week my incisions were closing nicely, and at 2.5 weeks since surgery the soreness is almost completely gone. Very efficient, affordable, and effective method of surgical carpal tunnel release. I highly recommend.

Great doctor and staff.
I came back to do my other hand for carpal tunnel surgery after having great success the first time. Everyone is pleasant and they make you feel very comfortable through the whole procedure. There was no pain during the surgery. My current hand is healing very well.

From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted exceptionally. Christina was wonderful. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire staff there was such a fantastic team. They were so courteous, put me at ease and comfortable just know step by step the process I was about to go through. Dr Jurbala was amazing!! He really cares about his patients making them feel very much cared for, not just a number. He was gentle and very calm and encouraging. I was able to watch my friend first and was excited to go through it myself. I highly recommend going to see him and his staff. They truly are a reflection of how wonderful an experience can be when you come together. Dr Jurbala has a gift that he uses to heal many from so much pain, suffering and discomfort.
