Carolinas Pain Center

Carolinas Pain Center has been a wonderful experience for me. I have had 2 sets of Facet Joint Injections and just yesterday had the nerve ablasion where they severed the nerves. Dr. Shah has done the majority of my injections and is always very compassionate and explains everything he is doing. He is a wonderful doctor. Dr Lisa Boyd is the PA that does all.my follow ups and scheduled my injections. She is very knowledgeable and always looks at all my joints to see how the injections and medications are working for me. Both the doctors I see always take time to answer any questions I may have. I highly recommend this Pain Center. It is the best I have ever been to and I love the fact that they combine the injections with medications to help with the chronic pain I have with my back, bulging discs, rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. It is definitely worth the drive .

These dextrose Injections have made a tremendous difference in my pain level. And the only reason I did not give them a five is that the injections are painful. But the end result is worth a little pain. I have been living with foot pain for over five years and with the help of these injection, I have been able to wear shoes I have not worn in years and I have been able to increase my activity level. Highly recommend.
