Just closed on my first home with this group. My agent was David and assisted by Kim. They made the whole process very simple and smooth! I will definitely be using them again for my next purchase down the road and you should too!!

Let me start by saying how awesome everyone has been from the first initial phone call down to the day of closing! I originally had called because I seen some rentals I was interested in (I lived in Denver, and really just wanting to be back in the Cornelius/Huntersville area). I honestly didn’t think buying a home was an option at this time being as the market is so fierce….BUT I was definitely wrong. I put an inquiry in about the rental, got a call back right away, explained my situation and was told I found definitely the perfect home where I want to be. I trusted them and decided to go through the process of selling my home and looking for another. Of course I had to lose a few but the end result was amazing! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. This made it really easy to move into my new place, it took less than 1 month. The Carolina real Estate Experts were very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend.

Ryan Rice was amazing! He went above and beyond to find us a house we wanted in a crazy market. We only had 2 weeks to find a place and Ryan was stellar. He showed us several homes, some that were sold while we were walking through them! Just before the deadline he found us the house we currently own. It was a whirlwind experience but Ryan was calm and kept assuring us we would have a home before the deadline hit and he was right. Great job, Ryan! Welcome to the family!
