Michelle from the beginning was very warm and welcoming. I never felt like my family and I were just a sale or another customer. Michelle as well as the firm treated us like family. She was very knowledgeable about the area that I wanted to live in. She was always available via email, text, and/or phone call. This is my second time dealing with this firm, one on the selling side, and one on the buying side. Each time I always kept informed and updated every step of the way. I would deifnitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking for not only a realtor but someone who genuinely shows concern and cares about what's best for the customer based on their needs.

We used Michelle for purchasing our new home and Dan for selling the old. They were both very easy to work with and we had a lot of fun with both. Michelle always made herself available to go look at houses we found at random points through the day and when we found the one we wanted walked us step-by-step through the process until the day we moved in. She even took time to be on-site for an inspection one day when neither my wife nor I were available for the appointment. Dan took some time to walk through the house and make suggestions for small improvements that helped us get much more for the house than we ever expected. Dan was tireless in his efforts on our behalf as we relocated from Raleigh to the Charlotte area. I don't recall one time that we expressed availability to tour homes that he didn't find a way to accommodate us. He was knowledgeable about the area and always presented homes for our consideration that hit all the points we were looking for. When we are next ready to buy or sell Dan will be the first and only person we call.
