David Etz contacted me within minutes after I reached out to Carolina Real Estate Experts - The Dan Jones Group in February. I had applied for a job in Charlotte & was interested in learning more about the local housing market. I explained my situation regarding the job and housing search.

It was my first time buying a house on my own. So happy I had Matt as a realtor, he was there for me even when I almost gave up and when I changed my mind, he was very patient and professional. Working after hours and on weekends. “I was in the market to purchase a new home, and heard so many great things about Carolina real estate experts, so I gave them a call and was linked with Heather Estes. Our first conversation went so well, but went straight down hill from there. Never responded to my voicemails or emails, and didn’t seem like I care at all about interest in her commission. Steve was awesome, he was always available to answer any questions I had or worries, even at 10:00 at night! We moved from out of state, so we bought strictly online and weren’t able to view the homes ourselves, but Steve did video walk throughs which was incredibly helpful, the pictures online can be VERY misleading! Kim was amazing with everything for the closing, she was right on top of everything, made sure that we knew what was going on and what to expect at each step. 10/10!! I highly recommend this team!! They got us into a beautiful home, we’re very happy and love it!
