I needed someone that was responsive quick and knowledgeable due to the market in Charlotte NC. With houses being offered and under contract within days of the listing. My current agent wasn't doing anything wrong but didn't understand my urgency of wanting to view and offer the day a listing went out. I got in contact with Matt through Dan Jones and I informed them I had a property of high interest in my sights and I needed a viewing asap. She helped us find an amazing home in a great area and was there every step of the way. The office staff at Dan Jones Group was helpful, a few flubs with emails but they always got back to us as quickly as they could and tried to correct any error made. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if we need to sell.

Michelle Frum is the absolute best at helping you get the home you want! She worked very hard to help me get my offer in on a home that had came on the market 1 day before going to view it. When I saw the home, I instantly thought of how nice it would be to call it mine! So, Michelle worked with me day after day to assure everything fell into place after the seller accepted my offer. It took about 35 days to close from the day I put in my offer. That was quick for a 1st time home buyer! She is the best also at helping with 1st time home buyer programs.
