Brendon at Carolina Real Estate Experts couldn't have been more helpful. I was having issues narrowing down my search in the Charlotte market. While juggling a relocation for work Brendon was extremely patient and responsive as we worked together to find the perfect house for me and my family. The Dan Jones Group aka Carolina Real Estate Experts are very professional and exceed what they say they will do. I had my house listed with another large real estate company for approximately 5 months when the listing expired. I relisted it with Clay Rayfield of the Dan Jones Group and within 3 weeks of it hitting the MLS listing we had 3 offers. The house was sold and closed approximately 30 after presentment of the accepted offer. After that Carolina Real Estate Experts continued to advise and monitor the closing process. We were so happy with their service we used them to broker the purchase of our new home. If I were to rate them on a 1 to 10 scale they are a 15!

Our experience with Dan Jones and Chari Mayo was less than stellar. We were often left in the dark and felt as though we had to pull information from them. After calling the office to complain about our lack of service we never received a call back. Once we finally received an offer on our house it was apparent our agent was more interested in making sure the buyers were satisfied than we were. Not once did she suggest we try to negotiate with the buyers. There was no agent presence at our closing and no congratulations.
