When we were about to list our former home I interviewed several agents. I chose Dan and team because it was very clear that his #1 priority was putting our best interest first. He suggested that we list our house for much higher than we originally planned and it sold in under 45 days. It was no different when we bought our new house. Like many buyers are, it was tough to take emotion out of the process, but he always grounded us and would not let us make bad decisions. He was completely honest and often told us reasons why a house may not be good for us or why we should offer less that we wanted. He was in it to make sure we were completely satisfied instead of just trying to get to closing like many other agents. We found our dream home and don't plan to go anywhere soon but when we do he will be our agent.
