My work schedule is extremely demanding and thanks to Ray, I didn't have to waste any time looking at properties that didn't fit my specific needs. After working with several agents to buy and sell I have finally found my guy, Ray Gonzales.

Key differences between him and my last agent:
1) he gives you privacy, doesnt follow you around and gives you space to comfortably walk around and talk to your partner

2) He is ALWAYS on time. My last agent was always LATE and she always had an excuse

3) Ray never brings his personal stuff to his real estate business. Ive had 10 showings with him and he always kept it professional.
Our last agent would cry all the time about her marriage and how tough her life is.

4) Ray is always working and sending us listings.
Our last agent would never send us new listings on the regular.
