I had the best home selling experience with your agent Brendon Lake. We needed to sell our house in a hurry and we were struggling to get it ready in time to put on the market. Brendon went out of his way to help us paint some interior walls, rewire the electrical in our kitchen, replace the leaky pipes behind our shower, replace our old cabinets, repave our cracked driveway, install an irrigation system, replaced loose shingles, mounted solar panels to the roof, and built an entire half bathroom in our attic...Brendon was able to get us $80k more than we expected on the sale and we were under contract within 5 days of listing. If you are buying or selling a house int he Charlotte are and you aren't using Brendon or his team, I feel bad for you.
