I worked with realtor Ryan Rice and he was incredible. I would bother him at all hours of the day looking for properties when it was convenient for me. He would respond very quickly and worked hard to find answers for me. He would even send me homes that I wanted to see after letting him know my personal preferences. His work ethic is second to none and it shows throughout the whole process. As a first time home buyer I was not sure what to expect, but Ryan helped ease my worries and make the process smooth and broke it down to where I could understand things. I will gladly use him for as long as I am in Charlotte & recommend him to everyone I know in Charlotte.

We worked with Chari and Mark and their teams to buy and sell at the same time. They were very communicative through the whole process and were extremely patient with us every step of the way. They dealt with some very difficult realtors for us and got us to the closing table very quickly. We couldn't have done it without them!

Either they are selective about clients they care about or they just don't care once they sign their commission. I can manage the unanswered questions as a first time home buyer with zero idea except online research but I mean who leaves a client hanging during final walkthrough and at closing. Worst experience ever. Still sad about the whole thing
