I was very impressed at the professionalism shown by all the people working for Caring Transitions. I opted for a company that would perform every task: sorting, packing, photographing, selling, moving, trashing, donating, and finally help with unpacking certain items in my new home. This was an immense job, and Caring Transitions’all-inclusive arrangement served me very well. Each task was performed on time and professionally. In the midst of all the chaos this difficult life-changing event weighed hard on my mind and I was tempted to call it off, but one of the owners’ kind reaction and attention was exactly what I needed to get me over the hump. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I started transacting with the owners of this online auction house almost 2 years ago. At first I thought the success of my transactions with them was a one-off anomaly because it was so pleasant and effective in bringing new inventory into my eBay business. Two years later and after more than a dozen auction experiences, I rate this CTBIDs franchise the most pleasant to work with. I've been purchasing from CTBIDs franchises throughout the United States for almost a decade. I like the CTBIDS model generally but I feel fortunate that one of the best CTBIDs franchisees is right here in my back yard. It makes auction pick-ups and picker sales something to look forward to. Oh yeah, and the owner shares my first name...what's not to love, LOL.

My family and I so appreciated the great care as well as the expertise of both Victoria and Jared in moving our Father into a Memory Care Senior Living Facility. From our 1st meeting, I felt the careful focus of fulfilling our needs to help with the planning of what to move to the new facility, the packing and unpacking, and the setting up the new apartment to make it feel like home and ready for our Father's transition to the new facility. They also took care of making sure everything was out of the old Apartment that same day, and the items we were to donate or recycle where taken care of by their Company. They even made sure we received our donation receipts. They are definitely a very professional company and, most important, are very caring individuals. We highly recommend their company.

I know we are almost to the end but I wanted to pass on some kind words to you and your team…You have all been so caring and patient through this process, it was nice talking with my Mom at the end of the day and the compliments she expressed was great to hear, she was so impressed with how organized and professional you made the pick up and picker sale…I felt that it would have been one of the tougher emotional days but in truth it was so nice to see people getting items that sparked joy for them and hearing the plans of new life they were going to bring to the items…THANK YOU!

I was very pleased with the help and care received from Caring Transitions. Jared took time before the move to evaluate what would be needed in the new location. He took time to meet the client and then the family and made some helpful suggestions as to where and how things could be donated, mailed and/or trashed. They were very careful in packing and the unpacking in new location. I know the family was very grateful. I was very pleased with how everything was handled, from the time I reached out to Caring Transitions, until the move was completed. They stayed in communication always, responding to any questions we had. Also very satisfied, they did a deep clean of the old apartment, removed any furniture or garbage for donations of trash. I would highly recommend Caring Transitions as their care for their clients comes first and they are very affordable.

My mother moved to Hollenbeck Palms Assisted Living Facility in Los Angeles August 2021. The Caring Transitions team: Victoria and Jared Erfle coordinated the move from her home to the facility. I can not praise them enough! Not only were they thorough in their planning with me, they followed thru completely. They also went above and beyond their responsibilities. Jared Erfle was so calm and kind not only with my family but with their own team as well. When we got to Hollenbeck, my mom's apartment was completely set up the way we had decided upon. For a stressful moving situation, I felt completely cared for by Victoria and Jared. I will use them again in the future and I recommend them 200 %!
