What a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed meeting the team and they were so helpful in this emotional transition with my mother. My mother is set up in a wonderful community now and so happy with her new accommodations. Any and all concerns we had were quickly addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Caring Transitionsrecently helped us move my mother into memory care at Freedom Point. They were absolutely amazing! They took care of all the logistics, making it very easy for my sister and I to manage the relocation efforts from out of state. Ronnie and the team took great care of all my mothers items, space planned with all of us, and made sure the room was set up, exactly as her room was at home.
