The easiest time I have ever had scheduling ANY type of home service. They responded promptly with my estimate, and allowed me to communicate/schedule via text - which is a HUGE plus for me. With my work schedule it's impossible to answer the phone, so when I have to play phone tag around my meetings to schedule appointments, things end up getting significantly delayed - or I just get so frustrated I give up. Once I approved the estimate, I was immediately contacted and scheduled for that same afternoon. All I had to do was make sure my backyard gate was unlocked. The guys arrived right on time, cleared everything that was in the way (like patio furniture and dog beds), cleaned, and put everything back in place.
