This review reflects the customer service I received. I called Cardinal Cleaning services and left a message. A couple of hours later Rose called me back and asked questions on the home, what type of clean I needed, and what I expected. After talking with me, she suggested that my needs were not what she provided. I appreciated her being honest but even more so, instead of rushing me off the phone as she could have, she took the time to understand what I needed, and see if she could provide me with information of others that could help me in the area that she could vouch for - with no advantage to her. Cardinal Cleaning is the best home cleaning service i've ever used. They are extremely thorough in their work and do exactly what they promise. Rose is such a pleasure to work with as far as scheduling, explaining everything clearly so you will know what to expect, she listens and communicates with you and really cares about you and the specific needs of your home, understanding that every home is not the same.
