We were not happy with the amount of turnover. We would love a therapist and then they would be gone. When we tried there for speech, the therapist didn’t even review his chart to know that he had Apraxia and treated him like a regular delay speech child. They are not the same. We changed to another therapist in the office but then one day after a few months, we came in and without talking to us, his therapist was changed. The constant change was hard on him. We have changed offices for both OT and Speech and he is thriving with them. We were not happy here.

I love Capital City Therapy Group Lexington because the staff is very informative, caring and willing to teach. My daughter was always ready for her appointment days. I highly recommend.

At first my child saw different therapist anllost each time she went. Then I talked to them about it and they were helpful at trying to keep the same therapist. The sessions were very short and my child was not getting much out of the sessions. Too far a drive for a short session.

My son has Down syndrome and I understand he is stubborn and can be defiant. But isn't it the therapist's duty to help him and work with him to get through the challenges and help him progress. We were only there 2 months when we were told he would be discharged by the end of the summer. I felt my son was already flagged not continue with CCTG after he aged out before we even started. My son desperately needed help (still needs help). CCTC gave up on him, which is heart breaking as a parent.
