I would give them zero if I could! They are very unprofessional! Witness a speech assistant pop a child and then told the baby that she had enough of him today! When I tried to make a complaint the owner Kris, she was very unprofessional and acted as if she didn’t care! All of and I do mean all of their Speech Assistant are trash and that’s who they put your child with after a couple sessions with a therapist. When the assistants are taking care of your children the therapist are not even in the room with them like their consent forms states!

RUN!!!! They are terrible

Please Do Not waste your time with this business. They are so unprofessional. They discriminate against people with disabilities. The only people they're interested in helping is themselves.

This place has been a big disappointment & a complete waste of my child times I feel like they just used him to build up insurance money the owner was completely unprofessional if your child is on the autism spectrum don’t bring them here the therapist has none to lil experience if u looking for improvements out of your child I’m most likely positive it would be the opposite don’t let friendly smiles & laughs distract you I hope u guys read & take this review serious.

If your child is on the autism spectrum and non verbal, you may want to run the opposite way from this so called business. The owner Chris is very unprofessional and makes her receptionist (front desk) Shelby be her minion and spokesperson for her and poor girl she’s so clueless. They have new therapist that are not fully train and equipped to handle all kids that are on the autism spectrum. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

They are 0 star. Staff is unprofessional. I would not recommend this place because their horrible customer service. Don’t schedule appointment with them.

This place is so unprofessional I would NEVER recommend this place at all they need to be shutdown asap don’t book an appointment with them I had a bad experience
