Canine Creations Pet Salon and Spa

Great place. We have been going there for many years getting our dogs groomed. Does an incredible job.

I called Canine Creations last night (5:09pm, shortly after they closed) and apologized for calling after closing time. Annette was incredibly kind and assisted me despite the time. I explained that I needed a weekend appointment for my lab mix because of my work schedule, and despite being completely booked, was able to squeeze her in for an appointment today. Winnie has never been to a groomer before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. She came back incredibly soft, smelling great, with a big smile and a wagging tail. I am so beyond happy with my experience! We will be returning customers going forward!

Terrible service, does not know how to work with big, double coated, long hair dogs. Shaves these dogs with no thought or permission from us owners. Your years in the industry do not automatically make you a mastercraft groomer. SHAVING the coats of these dogs is very harmful to their underlying skin. Unreliable. Deleting every bad review and not handling the business with your husband in any respectful manner. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Terrible experience and never will i come here.

The owner (Annette) has a history of terrible "grooming" skills, which she says she has 20 years of "expertise". ALL LONG HAIRED/TWO COAT DOG OWNERS BE AWARE!!! If you bring your long-haired fur baby, the owner will shave them bald! Not only will she remove all of their fur, she will blame YOU. She will say your dogs hair was matted, and that the only way was to shave them down, that the owner "should have known that." My dog was injured while in Annette's care, to which she responded and said my dog already had. I have a photo attached of her injury. I love my baby Indy, she did not have that before going to Canine Creations!!

She clearly doesn’t believe customer service or pet safety is of any priority! Her priority is how big her wallet will be at the end of the day! Do not recommend to anyone.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I will never bring my dog, Indy, back to Canine Creations. I brought my two year old Bernese Mountain dog in for a haircut and bath. Upon arrival I showed Annette (the owner) a picture of Indy and how I wanted her groomed. Annette assured me that she was able to groom my dog how I asked and showed. Annette even insisted that everything would be okay after I told her to please call me with any questions or concerns. I was in complete shock and disbelief when I picked up my poor baby after being left in Annette's care. Annette had completely shaven my dog bald, removing BOTH of her breeds natural coats. I told Annette that how she groomed my dog was not how I asked or showed her. She then explained that the blade she originally wanted to use just "wouldn't work with her fur" and "give it a week, it will grow back." I was angry and still in...
