we took our Pom their, who my wife verified by speaking with the groomer and on their website that this is the right place for our dog, my wife specifically told the groomer she wanted a tight trim and not her natural hair removed, the groomer said she knows exactly what she wants, when i dropped our doggy off again i verified that we wanted a tight trim and not her natural hair off she said she knows exactly what we want, but when we picked her up it was not a tight trim all her hair was gone she looked like a cat, so when i called back just to say we were not satisfied she wanted to almost argue with me on the phone saying that it is a tight trim and then says i didnt understand what you meant by a tight trim, so being a professional she should of asked more questions or told us she didnt understand what a tight trim is, also she quoted my wife $45 over the phone and charged us $50...
