Canine Creations Pet Salon and Spa

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE IT WILL TRAUMATIZE YOUR DOG. i have a 8 year old puppy and took her here because of all the good reviews. however, i later realized that it was the worst mistake ever. firstly, after grooming, my pup was not the same at all. she was so lethargic and kept on shivering. the worst part was that she was hurt in her back legs and could not run at all. i had to take her to the vet and she was prescribed pain medications and anti inflammatory medication because she may have gotten a strain in her back legs. secondly, the owner of this place does not know how to act professional. she called me complaining that my pup barked a lot and troubled her. WELL, NEWS FLASH SHE IS A DOG AND DOGS BARK. if you can't handle an 8 month old puppy barking then you shouldn't be a groomer. she was also very rude when i went back to pick up my dog acting like she was forced...

I"ve taken my Tommy to a few groomers in the area but none of them have pampered him like they do here at the Canine Creations Pet Salon and Spa. He comes home looking so pretty!! :) Highly recommend their pet grooming services!

I love the owner; she took care of my 16 year old blind Italian greyhound three times, and her job and service was outstanding. I highly recommend her to pet owners that have shy nervous dogs, she is wonderful with them.

Took our very skittish dog Bella today to get groomed. Annette was very sweet and Bella came home cute as a button and very happy. Thank you, look forward to bringing her back. ��

I've been a customer here for over 5 years and I have never had a bad experience with the service, nor the disposition of the owners. Grooming has always been superior, and she will always ask if it looks OK before I leave and if anything needs to be changed. Always have been friendly and accommodating to me and my time. In fact the experience has been so good for so long that after I moved from Lutz to Westchase I still travel to go there. That being said, I'm sure some of this is the fact that I respect the owners and their time as much as I would ask for respect. I don't miss appointments, I call when I'm running late, I don't have unreasonable demands that the dog should be finished in half the time it should take, I try to understand when other clients have made timing a disaster with their demands and it throws off their (and my) timing, I make my appointments at least a...
