Quite a disappointment. I’ve set an appointment a few days ago for my dog to get groomed and luckily got an appointment for today (Saturday) so he can be groomed for the holidays. The lady who made my appointment was very kind and helpful. Sadly, I wasn’t informed prior to the appointment that they refuse dogs with a bad temperament and will NOT muzzle a dog. Mind you, my dog is a Pomeranian and 5lbs. I understand the concern for nipping and I fully understand that all establishments hold their right to refuse service, but it would’ve been great if I would have been told this when I made the appointment. Not only is it a waste of my time, I cannot make another appointment for him to be groomed anywhere that has good reviews for the holidays.
