The CW team are always professional and courteous, and 9/10 the house is spotless. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is that I have noticed with the last several visits that the cleanings don’t seem to be as thorough as what they used to be—maybe because of new/different folks coming in? Or maybe I need to schedule more frequent cleanings because my house is too dirty and they’re not able to do as thorough of a job in the time allotted?
