On the 24th of May, I had an appointment after receiving it over the phone from front desk receptionist. I came in on that given date, filled out papers, that asked various g uestions, I answered. Soon after I was called to the back, being treated with a smile....that smile soon left after she noticed I had HMO,for insurance coverage. Why I'm I here asking myself, they had all my information over the phone...why couldn't I have just been informed about my insurance without having to spend unwanted time because of the mistake of allowing me to have waisted time on my hand because of such unprofessional mistake , by making me an appointment. Please change this policy where there won't be someone else going through this friction of what I had to please....being in pain upon arrival and more depressive pain upon leaving.
