Horrible communication with this practice. I made an appointment for my dad to be new patient after finding them in a google search(horrible mistake!!). I explained that he already had his stem cells harvested and banked and we wanted to see if their office did stem cell infusions. The receptionist told me that they did. My dad set up and went to the appointment. After filing out the paperwork and having a short conversation with the doctor, he was told that they did not provide that service. They had the nerve to tell him that he could have those infusions done in Panama!! My father is a disabled veteran on a fixed income!!! I called the office and was told that the manager was going to call me back. Of course, I'm still waiting to hear back!

The entire appointment goes smoothly, from check in, to all the various therapies then the injection and check out. Every single person in the clinic is friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. All questions get answered in every day language and you aare treated like family! Love this medical group!!

The staff take the time to explain treatments and answer questions. I was told I should get 8 treatments for my pain, which included an initial injection of plasma, and after 3 treatments the pain is gone. Of course I'm going to continue, but I feel so much better already.

Dr An, is wonderful. I'd recommend attending on of her seminars to understand the process. Most importantly, it works!

I just had my first visit with Dr. An this morning and I will MOST DEFINITELY be returning! Dr. An is amazing as well as all the staff I encountered. They treat you like family and that’s extremely important!
