I had made a date with another company but I was talking to a few residents in our community and was informed that had contracted with CamoVets. I called for an appointment and James cane and did a survey and explained your procedure. I liked the fact that chemicals were not used. The "A" team arrived and introduced themselves and explained how they were going to clean my roof. I was very pleased that salt and water was used. I checked my roof about five hours later and was amazed to see the roof was cleaned of all of the black stains. A neighbor came over to inspect the results and he will probably give you a call. The Vets that labored on our home were diligent, thorough, kind and respectful. They explained the process prior to the work, what was done, and what to expect from the process they applied. Their communications were excellent. They were on time, and arrived earlier to begin their work. The men were organized, and caused no damage to our property. They cleared their equipment in an orderly manner, accepted payment, and supplied me with a paid receipt prior to traveling to tier next job. I have recommended them to a neighbor who phoned me this afternoon to ask about their work, and I would recommend CamoVets to other neighbors as well. A BIG THANK YOU to CamoVets, and to Jim Marchione, his son James, and The Vets!!!!!!
