My name is Rev. Charles Russell and I pastor Immanuel at Lakewood Baptist Church, 4008 Westwood- Northern Blvd., Cincinnati, Ohio 45211. In January of 2014, our church experienced major flooding due to ruptured water pipes due to the extreme cold temperatures. Damage was extensive both on the upper and lower levels of our facility. I cannot express completely how impressed and pleased we are with the quick response and restorative work this company has blessed us with during our "rebuild". From beginning to end (we are almost finished) James Calloway and EVERY person who works with him or sub-contract for him have been amazingly helpful, courteous and generous through every phase of the job. I'm so extremely grateful for Calloway Cleaners. They came to my house when no other company would. We had three feet of sewage in our basement and lost pretty much everything. Jason was amazing to work with, and his crew was hardworking and so understanding during the difficult time. They were professional and a great company to work with. They cleaned, sanitized, cut out dry wall and dried the basement with fans and dehumidifiers. I can't say enough about this company. Thank you for helping us at a time of need.

Worth the money!!! Best carpet cleaning job I have ever had!! Mike F was wonderful!! He really took his time with the rooms. He was very prompt and knowlegeable. He did a wonderful job!!! I cannot believe he got the dog stains out of my white carpet!!! Great company...they have an on-call staff on the weekends!!!
