This company is a total fraud.. here is my experience, First, quote you a low price. Try to add a few more small items, prior to pickup, they refuse to update the quote, instead say truck manager will update at pickup. At pickup,, truck manager say he has nothing to do with quote. Then they load merchandise and price suddenly more than doubled original quote, at this point even if you tell them you don't agree to price, they will refuse to unload your stuff. There scam is, eg: the quote you for a bed frame, then when loading the beak down the bed frame in 4 or 5 peice and.charge seperate.for all five peices. A drill in a case is call a tool box and charged the same as a tool box full of tool..
Second, there delivery and communication prior is practically non existence once they get your money and delivery date kept changing, excuse is they have to change truck because...

CHASE THE REP QUOTED ME FOR $750.00 TOLD ME ITS THE FINAL PRICE FOR MY MOVE AFTER I SENT HIM PICTURES OF EVERYTHING WITH CONFIRMATION OF FINAL PRICE.
HE DIDNT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT HOURLY RATE OR ANYTHING EXTRA BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THEY SAW EVERYTHING, LONG STORY SHORT AFTER EVERYTHING WAS LOADED ONTO THE TRUCK AND BROUGHT TO THE NEW LOCATION WAS ONLY 3 MILES AWAY. THEY GAVE ME A NEW BILL FOR $1699.00 TELLING ME ILL NEED TO PAY THAT BALANCE OR THEY CANT TAKE ALL MY STUFF FROM THE TRUCK UNTILL IT WAS FULLY PAID. I WAS FURIOUS WAITED A WHOLE HOUR JUST TO SPEAK TO A STUPID SUPERVISER NAMED GABRIEL WHO BASICALLY DIDNT HELP AT ALL EXCEPT REDUCE IT TO 1500 AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND WOULDNT ANSWER MY CALLS BACK.
SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY TO GET MY STUFF BACK

We can't write enough positive things about Call My Mover and its movers! We had a long-distance move across state, and within four days all of our belongings arrived and were unpacked! They were extremely careful with handling our heavy furniture and all of our boxes, including diligently wrapping and padding all of our furniture and fragile items. Thank you all so much for making a move such a painless and wonderful experience!!

I was very pleased with these crew! They were professional, hard working, and reasonable in price. Moving can be a stressful time, but I was so happy to have an easy, smooth transition last week. All of my belongings arrived safely including my Jeep Cherokee that they were able to tow in addition to all of my things! Not only was I pleased with the service, but I feel that this company is so reasonably priced.
