Call My Mover

Do not use Call My Mover! I repeat do not use them. I unfortunately had used them for my move last month and my experience was awful. They lied and said they would be at my apartment at 12 but didn’t come until 6 pm. The actual guys doing the job were super rude. I had my some of my stuff stolen and they also didn’t want to move some items into their truck. When you call to complain they never pick up. This company is super sketchy.

This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. At first, everything seemed fine—a representative came in person, assessed my belongings, and gave me a quote of **$1,300.** But on moving day, everything changed.

Suddenly, they claimed that **many of my items were not on the inventory list** and demanded more money to take them. When I refused to pay extra, they **left half of my stuff behind**, forcing me to move it myself after already paying them a ridiculous amount.

The movers also constantly complained about everything, making the process even more stressful. I had been speaking with a woman named Linda the entire time, but when I tried calling her on moving day, she **completely disappeared.** Instead, another woman called me with a horrible attitude, **demanding payment upfront** and refusing...

This has been my worst moving experience! A guy went in person to do the inventory, however, he left have of my items out of it and the team that come left everything that wasn’t in the inventory out of the truck. The team was not aware that the place has stairs only and they complained during the whole time. They charge me extra hours without even finishing the first 5 hours. They have a very rude attitude despite it wasn’t our fault that their manager didn’t explain the work. I ending paying more moving locally this time than when moving out of the state. Please do yourself a favor, save some money and avoid this company.

Honestly, just put in my email address and phone number for a quote assuming that this was just one company however in the past two days I’ve been bombarded with 40 different people calling me from different numbers. It’s nonstop and I’ve asked every single one of them to remove me from the list and it doesn’t stop. This site actually spams your phone. I don’t even know how to make it stop. I’ve been personally asking every single one that calls to please remove me from this List. Because of the spam calls, I would not Even allow them to proceeded for moving

I needed a same day moving service and Call My Mover delivered. They’re the best same day moving company in Long Island.

I wish 0 stars were an option! They take advantage of older people. My grandparents trusted them with their belongings, their memories and this company took advantage of them!! It’s been over a month still no truck has arrived with my grandparents things. Hard enough for them to move out of state to be near family since they’re getting older but now dealing with all the emotions of having all their things be stolen from a company they thought they could trust!!! Theifs!!!! Theifs!!!! Theifs!!! Stay far far away!!!!!
