Call My Mover

You're being warned!!! These people have the worst customer service, the lady who answers the phone is nothing short of an imbecile. She knows absolutely *nothing* about where your stuff is that they took from you to move. She has no idea how to get in contact with anyone to give you an update, allegedly. Our stuff has not made it to our new home yet and they won't tell us where it is either!

This company is a scam and a lie! They told us our things were being delivered on Monday April 1st and they still haven’t been delivered yet! Every time they call the woman who answers the phone (extremely incompetent) has no answers. There are only imbeciles, lairs, and cheats associated with this company. SCAMMERS!!!

BUYER BEWARE! As earlier review, I also received an in-person estimate of having items moved and disposed. Real time videos were even shown to "Linda" who confirmed the $1800 estimate with "Chase" the estimator. Movers arrived late and THEY briefly informed me of an hourly rate, extreme amt if I didn't have own boxes, paking papet and other supplies. My NY cooperative apartment building personnel witnessed the time spent actually moving/working. I didn't complete planned move to store in my local condo storage unit, as well as dispose items. (My living room is now a storage area). REASON: ONLY WHEN A TRUCK WAS FILLED WITH MY DECEASED MOTHER’S FURNITURE/ITEMS, AS WELL AS ITEMS FOR MOVE/DISPOSAL, I WAS ADVISED BY CELL PHONE MY "ACTUAL COST IS $3676!!!!!!!!" To be fair, I haven't used this place, but my neighbor has, unfortunately, they have nothing good to say about them, most of their staff was delivered, but they're still waiting for some merchandise, and unfortunately for my friend, the stuff that's missing is things that he needs for work, they're now on another state , having a new start, on a new job and without the tools of his trade, its been over two weeks without results, I know that when I move, I won't be using them.

Your agent was the most pleasant aunt I've spoken with all day. She also made I received 3 quotes. It was an enjoyable interaction. Give her a raise!!!!

BEWARE SCAMERS. they quote you cheap and then price double for no reason. I moved in November and gave them enough time to make right, before i write this review. I tried to call them few times, but they don’t care. I was quoted for $1,360 by CHASE and i was very specific and made sure not to add any extras when they came ( i even removed items like the TVs) since i saw how careless they were and was afraid they my damage it. So they came; LATIEF and his crew and load the truck not mentioning that it was going to cost more prior to loading the truck, so I assumed everything was the same.. i even asked. But no answer. they drove the truck to my new place without saying a word or any extra cost , even i asked, at one point after the truck was loaded he replied that the truck has an scale and it send it to headquarters and then I will get the bill email.
