I had a positive experience with the drivers from Call My Mover, who were helpful and committed. However, there was an issue with the billing. Initially, I was quoted a certain amount, but the final charge was higher due to the trip being longer than expected. While I understand that adjustments may be necessary for unexpected changes in the scope of work, clearer communication about potential additional costs at the outset would have been appreciated. Had I been fully informed from the beginning, I might have considered different arrangements, such as a flat rate service. This experience has left me feeling somewhat disappointed, and I hope my feedback can help others be more aware of potential discrepancies in service quotes and actual costs. What a great moving experience. I couldn't of had it done without the professionalism and hard work thanks to Linda and the guys over at call my mover. Everyone knows moving is the hardest thing to do but these guys made it easy and less stressful I can't thank everyone enough.

Thank you Linda and the crew over at CMM you guys are the best! Everything worked out great, the crew was professional and Linda was in communication with us the entire time ensuring everything went smooth. I highly recommend.

Do NOT pay attention to the good reviews or use this company. These people are criminals and an absolute SCAM, and completely ripped off my family. Furniture was destroyed, signatures were forged saying furniture was not damaged, and an extra $5,000 was demanded while the moving truck was in transit. If you value your stuff, do not go near this company...

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I was told I was getting 2 hours of move time. Then when we get to my drop off location I was told I only had 45 minutes of move time and was being charged overtime and had to pay $400 on the spot via Zelle. We spent roughly 20-30 minutes on the street outside because the people on their end couldn't get everything together to make the payment and that time on the street was part of the overtime charge. Then when I called in to dispute the charge, they even told me the pick up time was 4:45 PM and the time the job was completed was 6:15 PM. Which STILL doesn't go over the 2 hours of move time I was promised. Absolute crooks. Would give zero stars if I could

Beware of these scammers. They extort their customers for more money when starting a move. Please beware.
