Highway robbery they tried on and stolen my clothes and shoes/ sneakers went through my pictures etc...

Call my mover 160 DuPont street in plain view NY worse moving company they charge a set amount to move me out state weeks before the move they charged me more money .. my dining table is completely damaged beyond repair. Most of my furnitures are damage… and they loss / the rest of my furnitures/ boxes with personal items.. worse company CALL MY MOVER THE MOVING COMPANY FROM HELL

I made the huge mistake of choosing Call My Movers for my move, and I regret it deeply. After I booked with them, I paid a $100 deposit via Zelle that I found out from the Department of Transpiration is not even legal for them to do, only to cancel my moving order the following Friday. Now, over a week later, my $100 deposit has still not been refunded, and I’m getting the complete runaround every time I try to reach out.

It’s been a nightmare. Every time I contact them, I get vague excuses and empty promises that my deposit will be returned. The customer service is non-existent, and it's clear that they have no intention of honoring their refund policy. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable.
