Trish and Liberty were fabulous! They worked non-stop and took into account the concerns I had with the condition of our cottage!! They had a routine, stuck to it, and accomplished what I had envisioned... a clean, dust free, top to bottom cottage in which to enjoy!

The cleaning was done for a cottage that had been closed for 8 months. I know Calico Cleaning is understaffed due to the pandemic so only one person could come wnen we really needed a team. Since it was too much for one person we worked along with her and got it done. Courtney worked very hard and we were quite pleased with the results. Overall good experience. The sticker shock was a bit hard for me, my house has 3 bathrooms, so I think that is why my price was high. The cleaning was good, and the customer service of calling, setting up times, payment, lists of services was great. Our deep cleaning wasn't worth the price I paid (persona opinion), but was worth still trying bi-weekly cleanings thereafter. We had our first bi-weekly clean and it was done well. Some room for improvement, but honestly, my house was cleaner than I left it and the girl worked hard and was very kind and delightful. We will use them again. So overall, not an A+, but a B with room for improvement. I appreciate that people are coming to my house and cleaning it, and I appreciate the professionalism I've experienced thus far.
