I had an overall good experience with Calico Cleaning. I've used them twice this summer, and one thing I found odd is that on both occasions they didn't dust anything in my house (tables, chairs, electronics). I assumed that dusting was a basic part of any cleaning service, so I didn't think I needed to specify that I wanted that as part of the service. Other than that, they are professional and punctual.
