This is our fifth summer working with Kathy Hill. In addition to being fair in cost and including all services she is easy to work with and we know our house will be ready for renters. I've appreciated Kathy's responsiveness and flexibility. When we have had an issue (very few) she has addressed it immediately. If we give her our schedule ahead of time she is not limiting on which day of the week she will clean, and she's stuck with us as we were getting up and running and we were inconsistent with limited rentals and shifting days.
