Kathy Merchant and her team at Calico are the best. I can trust them with my vacation rental and have been using them for household cleaning for a few years. The communication with Kathy and her office team is excellent, and Calico can help with other services beyond cleaning, such as lawn/yardwork and other concierge assistance for property owners.
